We have that option too.
3-Person Group Lease — $2,990/mo, which comes out to $995 per person
4-Person Group Lease — $3,195/mo, which comes out to $795 per person
The fourth person can use the flex room as a bedroom, or two people can share a room — whatever works best for your group.
We can also do 4-person Individual Lease - Price will be $850-$995 per room . We do have other units in same complex where the rooms are smaller and we have individual rooms for $750 as well
Additional Monthly Costs to Budget
Utilities and yard maintenance run approximately $100 per person per month and are billed along with rent. You only need to set up WiFi through Google Fiber — you pick your speed and plan. Renter's insurance is required and can typically be bundled with your auto or parents' policy at a low cost. Parking is $50 per month per vehicle, with two to three spots available per unit on a limited basis. Free street parking with no restrictions is also available right outside.
