Private Guy Room in Avenues - Nice and Spacious
Amazing location in the Avenues. Close proximity to bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants. All within walking distance. Bus stop is actually right next to the complex and goes to to U Campus or Downtown. Our tenants in this building are mostly students (both graduate and undergraduate) and single professionals but not a requirement. We try our best to match close in age for roommates. Great place for a friendly, busy person looking for an affordable, central, quiet location. Not a party place. We do run background checks so must pass. Parents co-sign okay / job /financial aid all okay. Just pay on time and be a good tenant and roommate!
*Nice, renovated units with Old Avenue Charm. Rooms are spacious with plenty of sun light. Beautiful hardwood floors. This room is on the main floor and is around 11x11 feet.
* Common Area in this unit includes small kitchen, bathroom, and hallway ( No living room - again, not a party place). You share bathroom and kitchen with 2 other roommates. You and roommates are responsible to keep that area clean and free of clutter . Coined Laundry on-site ( ask manager to show you where it is)
* Looking for clean, quiet, easy-going and responsible tenants who will take good care of the place and not leave trail of messes! Someone who is a respectful roommate, doesn't leave dirty dishes in the sink or personal belongings in common area ( other than kitchen items). We don't have maids or parents living here so you need to clean up after yourself. No smoking and no drugs.
* Tenant Requirements: No criminal/eviction/pets , no smoking and no drugs, must pass background check.
* You will be on your own individual lease so no need to worry about finding roommates or being responsible for roommate's rent, late fees, early departure, etc. If roommates leave, your rent stays the same. This removes the time burden and financial risk of you finding roommates and co-signing a lease with roommates but allows you to live in a nice, affordable place in a great location.
* Tenant pays all utilities. Power and internet may need to be in your name or your roommates if they already live there. If in your name your roommates will pay you for their share. Remaining utilities of gas/water/sewer/trash/common area yard/snow are billed with rent monthly. We would budget $60-100 for utilities and that likely vary.
