Downtown Commons I is located in the beautiful historical Avenues neighborhood (D Street & First Avenue) and was formerly used as University of Utah off-site dorm housing, along with our sister property Downtown Commons II (South Temple location) just 3 blocks away at 43 S 400 E.
About the Unit / Room - 3 guy rooms available , you can take 1 room, 2 room or all 3 room. There is 4th room - see details
- This unit is on the lower level - but plenty of light!
- Room are all furnished so you just need to bring bedding and curtains
- 4 room 2 bath unit so sharing ratio is amazing !

Room C - Reserved Jackson 23/M, he's psychology major, enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, and 8/10 on cleanliness , and want clean roommates. His biggest pet peeves are dishes piling /rotten - so lets keep it clean.
Room D - $725 11.5x7.3 ( the pics and videos shows this room :)

We also offer group housing and if you have group of 4 this works for you too, or group of 2 and we can find another 2, or if you have 3 , we can find another 1. Or if you want to take the whole apartment unit to yourself that works too!

* We are looking for responsible, respectful, easy-going roommates who keep shared spaces clean.
* Smoke-free / drug-free / No underage drinking
* Clean roommates only (please clean up after cooking + keep bathrooms tidy!)
* Must pass background screening
* No credit okay as many are students, co-signer okay, financial aid/savings all okay too
Lease Options
*Individual room leases
* Group of 3–4? You can rent the entire unit!
* Leases typically go through 7/31 - Option to end lease 5/31 (rent will be higher)

Furnished rooms may include: Bed , Desk + chair, Lamp, Nightstand, (Bring your own bedding + curtains personal items) - you are welcome to keep our painting or bring your own!
