* Pricing - $9995 for the whole house - the group can divide however they like. You can divide evenly or use whatever price you like but total need to be $9995. Some have amazing views, some have private bath, some have tons of closet space, etc - so each room is unique! We put suggested price but you don't have to use that. It also depends if you have 8 or 9 people. You could do 9 people so it averages to $1111, or 8 people and average to $1250 per person. And add $100 ish per person for all utilities/yard/wifi google fiber

Either way - you will have a lovely place!
