If all 4 want similar size large rooms - we do have units at sister building Downtown Commons II at 43 S 400 E - only a block away, next to bus stop that goes to U, and 3.5 block from trax, all 4 rooms are large and we we can show you those and reserve for August as well. The prices are similar $2995/3195/3295/3395. All 4 rooms are large and one of the rooms is large enough to fit couch and more!
Flexible Move in Date - March/April/May/June/July/August - we can make those work! Yes we already have units Reserved for August too! Come for a in person /virtual tour and reserve it for summer or fall !
Additional Monthly Costs to Budget
Utilities and yard maintenance run approximately $100-120 per person per month including wifi and are billed along with rent. We have WiFi through Google Fiber. Renter's insurance is required and can typically be bundled with your auto or parents' policy at a low cost. Parking is $50 per month per vehicle, with two to three spots available per unit on a limited basis. ( offering move in special so units can get 2 parking spots for free) Free street parking with no restrictions is also available right outside.
