We can tailor it to your group! 4 people it's $899 fully furnished ( bring your own bedding and personal items) and 4th room will be furnished as bedroom , or 4 people $1199 fully furnished with 4th room as living room.
Unit have option to reserve 1 off-street parking for $50 per month, rest park on street and can apply city permit for residential parking for $50 per year , a lot cheaper than campus parking!
Unit B has been thoughtfully updated from top to bottom, ensuring you have a fresh, reliable space to live and study.

- Room D 11x7 This room can be used as living room with couch/tv stand/side table /lamp OR 4th bedroom with full size bed, desk, chair, lamp, nightstand, dresser
Lease & Utility Details
- Utilities: Budget roughly $100ish per month per person . Residents share power, gas, and internet, while management bills the remainder.
- Lease Terms: Standard leases run through July 31st. Earlier end dates (May or June) are available at a higher monthly rate.
- Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent ($199 is non-refundable per each occupying tenant).

Lease Termination Early : If you need to terminate lease early for any reason, it's 3x rent and utilities and forfeit refundable deposit. If you want to put ad out and find another qualified applicants - it's $500 transfer fee and forfeit refundable deposit. If you want to summer sublease but plan to come back and have signed lease for following August, it's $200 sublease fee from you, and new person need to pay full deposit equal to 1 month rent ( $199 non refundable and rest refundable)

For income - you can put $1 and write on piece of paper, parent paying and upload it as proof of income. Cosign/Parent can submit that info directly to us. We only run background checks on students to make sure no criminal record. Students typically get automatic approval unless they have eviction/criminal background. If you are student on your own that works too - just need to have savings/education fund/scholarship as proof of funds if needed. If international students - we work with you too so similar process.
